• Does Chick-fil-A accept cash?

  Yes, cash is accepted at all standard Chick-fil-A locations. Some airport or stadium kiosks may be card-only.
• Does Chick-fil-A accept EBT or SNAP?

  No. Chick-fil-A is a fast-food restaurant and does not participate in the SNAP/EBT restaurant meals program.
• How do I earn points when paying at Chick-fil-A?

  Open the Chick-fil-A One app, show your member code at the start of the order, and you'll earn 10 points per $1 regardless of which payment method you use.
• Does Chick-fil-A take Google Pay?

  Yes — Google Pay is accepted at almost every standalone Chick-fil-A. A small number of mall and airport kiosks may not have NFC enabled.
• Can I split payment between a gift card and a credit card?

  Yes. The Chick-fil-A One app and in-store registers both allow you to apply a gift-card balance first and pay any remaining amount with a credit, debit, or contactless wallet.
• Is there a tip option in the Chick-fil-A app?

  Tips are not part of the standard checkout flow — Chick-fil-A team members are paid hourly with no expectation of tipping. Some delivery flows (DoorDash, Uber Eats) include a separate driver tip.
