The reasoning: every team member should have one guaranteed day to rest, spend with family, and worship if they choose. The policy has held for over 75 years across all 3,000+ Chick-fil-A restaurants in the United States. The only exceptions are a handful of airport and stadium kiosks operated by third parties under license.
